Shiva

Shiva and Shakti. What is the nature of this common duality. Like yang and yin, Shiva and Shakti merge and form the nature of divine Gods. Why is it that many have not heard of Shiva. Although common to Hinduism, Shivaism, and some Buddhism, the nature of this supreme lord is something that many in the west have not heard.

Shiva the supreme God is something that Christians may denounce, and what others may say I am blaspheming when I say he is God. Did Jesus not teach that ‘ye are Gods’? Rightly so, each Soul created in the image and reflection of God (Almighty) is the source of why Shiva, Jesus and every other master has accepted their birth right as a son or daughter of God.

Can you now understand why Shiva considered by all account the most supreme lord is one and the same? Shiva the eternal manifestor, destroyer and foremost yogi is highest on the chain of all Souls.

Shiva

Shiva

In this way one such improvement in daily life is the nature of accepting his holiness as one of your supreme ideas of God. A nature so detailed and rich that Shiva the Son of Brahman (Almighty, Allah, YHWH, God, or Tao) is by nature the closest thing that can be said to be the heir to cosmic Source.

Trust and prayer to Shiva helps immensely. Link and love to Shiva-worlds abound. Unification of religions under GOD is the foremost thing you can do for a spiritual and even materialistic progression.

Setting Goals

Monday, December 28th, 2009

In this time of new year and the fabrication of new years resolutions something should be said about setting or making Goals.

In the way of making goals there are no less than three main keys. The first key to making and using goals is to have a goal which is both hard to achieve yet able to be manifested through hard work. The goal should also be manageable and be able to respond in a reasonable yet hard to achieve timeline. Lastly the goal should reflect a desire.

In the way of setting goals there are three things one should consider. The first thing is that goals should include (although not be limited to) at least three areas. The three areas included:

1. Spiritual
2. Materialistic
3. Health

By making and working towards these three areas both materialistic (money, fame, fortune) as well as spiritual development, plus your health (longevity, healing, health, and vitality) will be worked at.

In the way of goals there is something else which is at first hard to accomplish but once done yields high results. This important consideration is the nature of using affirmations. By turning your goal into a single phrase wrote in the positive sense with timeline as if you already have achieved it. By using that affirmation and repeating it multiple times throughout the day one will incorporate it into the subconscious. In this way your mind will begin to search for ways to bring about this goal or desire.

Reflect on the highest source of motivation, success, and fame. All teacher of these areas ascribe and themselves use goals.

Building Will

Saturday, December 26th, 2009

Have you noticed that some people can put their mind to something and never look back. Others are unable to even decide what they want.

This coming week many people will reflect on this past year, decide on goals, new years resolution, or idea of things they want to work on or accomplish in 2010.

While many new years resolutions fail, there is something that masters, adepts and those that understand higher realization use and promote in the way of changing habits, altering idea, and generally becoming more powerful.

The following are three ways you can create great power and will.

1. By waking up early (before 5:45 am)-setting the alarm clock and getting out of bed, either exercise, do yoga postures, meditate or even do prayer, mantra, or pranayama. Through this method of waking up early and becoming an early riser, you strengthen will, power and become better able at manifesting.

2. Doing periodic or less often longer length fasts. By overcoming the desires for food, you will detoxify, increase the strength and healing of digestive organs, and limit the thoughts that you have to live on food to survive. All great masters understand the nature of Maya and cosmic delusion which creates desires and “attractive” sensory pulling or attachment to food. A longer term fast is something most everyone should gear up and put on their list of things to do.

3. Master the breath. By entering Samadhi and becoming witness of the Soul and God one will learn the secrets of the cosmos, higher planes, self, habits, soul purpose and even limitation that others impose or direct your way.

Two things to do as you gear up for this new year is schedule one fast, set up three goals (spiritual, materialistic, and health) breaking it down into smaller manageable goals, and set your mind to wake up before 5:45 each morning. Doing these three things you will be well on your way achieve higher path, success, abundance, and metaphysical, spiritual and materialistic abundance.

Christ

What is the Christ?

Consciousness which has three characteristics can be described as Christ.

1) A Savior or someone that reflects a potential to help people overcome karma.
2) On individual freedom from all constraints (karma)
3) An ability to manifest consciousness of God, in they way they have opened Christ or Cosmic Consciousness (12th chakra)

A message of importance

Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009

Why is one of the greatest revelations Jesus proclaimed a source of misconception, misunderstanding, and source of pain for so many? Let’s take a look at the Gospel of John (John 5:24)

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

One should understand that this message was not a message regarding Jesus. It is the God consciousness which is pouring forth through the message and verbalization of mouth of Jesus which came (and still comes) from God.

Let us examine this verse. He that heareth my word (is this Jesus word? No. It is the cosmic AUM or Word of GOD). If it were Jesus word then people who were not alive at the time would not get to pass from death unto life. If you think this is absurd, I tell you please learn the English language-it would have read he that understands my words, pass from death to life.

Why is hearing the word or getting the Aum reverberating through your body of utmost importance? Hearing the Aum (Christians AMEN, Muslims Amin, Buddhist Hum, And Tibetan Amin) only occurs through opening and passing consciousness (spiritual energy and metaphysical life) through and opening (becoming self realized) the seventh or crown chakra. As the metaphysical storehouse of energy begins to open and spin (remember that chakras are vortex of spinning light) the inherent sound of spin (in the case of the seventh chakra-AUM) is internally heard.

In this way you also realize God, and in this way by believing (since what better is first hand experience for developing belief in GOD, than realizing and witnessing God firsthand) in God you become spiritualized (now a physical and spiritual body) entering the gates of heaven, and becoming immortalized in spirit.

On this blessed holiday season, spend a little self (God) searching time. Meditate, do pranayama, mantra, or even tantra, and become ready to witness the AUM. It is my gift to you to try the following pranayama.

Sit comfortably. Close the right nostril, and breath in through only the left. (Tongue up and rolled back to back of throat). Take in a maximal breath counting upwards. Then retain the maximum breath for twice as long as the inbreath was. After this breath out for half the inbreath count through the right nostril. Again hold this level of outbreath for a count twice the inbreath count. If you can sustain this hold you will realize AUM and open the seventh chakra and witness God.

Chakra Meditation

Monday, December 21st, 2009

What is the single best way to open chakras? In what way can you become more divine? Is there a tried tested way to master all chakras?

Can something be said about chakra meditation? Chakra meditation is the way to open and then activate chakras. The chakras which are metaphysical and psychometaphysical storehouses of spiritual and conscious energy are found at eight human body locations.

Chakra Meditation

Chakra Meditation

The location of chakras are (coccyx, sacrum, mid low back, heart center, throat center, third eye/brow, and crown or top of head and feet) found in certain areas of the back and feet. What you may ask is the process of opening these metaphysical locations. Meditation.

Meditation or allowing consciousness and spiritual energy or kundalini to move through from base (coccyx) up through each subsequent chakra is the only way to allow consciousness to expand. Why is this important. Conscious wills expansion. As the cosmos is moving to expansion (remember that the cosmos and God is consciousness) so too the soul (God and your divine cosmic source or Soul) also reflective and built in the image of God, also wants expansion.

What does it mean to have your chakras open? Chakras that open bring with it new expansion of ideas, creative ability, health, spiritual powers, divinity, and even cosmic influence.

Two quick ways to open the chakras are Kriyas (pranayama) and meditation. One effective pranayama is to sit comfortably, roll the tongue up and backward to the back and top of the throat, breathing in slowly and controlled while mentally counting up as high as breath allows. The expiration (also mental counting) should be half as long as inbreath. Between in and out breaths there should be Samadhi holds that are twice the length of inspiration count.

In this way you will circulate consciousness and open chakras, activating them, and allowing consciousness to expand. After or even on its own, do some simple mindful meditation (allowing all thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations, ideas, emotions or any other thought form to pass through the mind without attachment) which is by far alongside kriyas is the second most powerful chakra meditation.

Is God Reachable?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Can you access God? Can you witness the Source? Is the Source available? What does the Source become when it is witnessed?

Have you wondered about witnessing God? What about Jesus’ words which said the Kingdom of Heaven was not in the sky or the sea, but was found within? Was Jesus telling the truth? If so what could be said about realizing the kingdom of heaven and God?

Self realization. Witnessing God. What happens during realization? One gets first hand experience of God. Some may ask is it possible? Others will tell you that God is not accessible. Truth is your God or Soul (as God split consciousness and created all Soul as direct images of self-Jesus is it not said in your law ‘Ye are Gods’) can be witnessed. Accessing your Soul which is God is first hand experience of the Almighty.

Does this mean you see or hear God? Again depends on level of surrender, love and patience with the discipline you choose to witness God.

For example if you wanted to hear God, try to not talk, say anything or think of thoughts, memories, ideas, or sensory input until such time as God breaks through and talks to you. While it could take seconds, minutes, hour or even days, is it not worth the discipline or effort to witness God?

Do you have what it take to get first hand experience of God? Try fasting for 1-3 days. After that if feeling like you can achieve success, master the cosmic delusion of eating. Try going without food only water as liquid for over 21 days. Having achieved this you will recognize as great saints, yogis, adept and siddhas that living is not as Jesus said by food or bread alone, but by the cosmic prana or energy and consciousness that comes from God (Word of God).

Can people live without food? There are scientific (National Geographic) and eye witness accounts of saints and even stigmatics who have lived on breath or even solar gazing. How does one prepare for this. Great work in releasing and over coming limiting beliefs, a strong will, and regular yoga is one of the great sources to get ready for discipline needed to begin the life of surrendering consciousness to God (spiritual fast).

Great avatars like Krishna, Babaji or even Agastyar have understood this cosmic play is built on consciousness, just as Jesus was able to make tens of thousands of people eat from 5 loaves (either manifesting loaves from nothing, which also teaches food is a “joke”, or taught spiritual fasting) either case Jesus a master like Babaji, Krishna,

Krishna

Krishna

and Agastyar taught close disciples the art of overcoming the limitation of food. Tunning into the cosmic “field” of any of these great masters, and praying to help you finish a lengthy spiritual fast can be not only a great builder of power, energy, consciousness and fortitude, but can also be something which begins a life of building spiritual discipline.

With blessing, love and strength this holiday season,

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

During pranayama is there something to be said about how one can enter Nirvilkalpa?

Yes. By monitoring the breathing and watching the object of meditation become focused the breath or consciousness and “energy” will as you breath in towards maximum move up through the spine moving into the throat and into the cranium. It is this passage moving fully up the central channel or shushumna that allow Samadhi to take place.

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

By sitting in Samadhi and focusing on nothing or the object of meditation (one or the other) the mind will relax (mental distractions will slow and stop) and the higher or deeper need for full body relaxation will take you higher into cosmic consciousness (nirvikalpa Samadhi).

Soruba

Monday, December 14th, 2009

Deathless, immortality, manifesting, elimination of karma and mergence back into Source or God.

All these and more found in Soruba. What is Soruba? Samadhi or that state beyond Nirvilkalpa is a facet of spirituality which brings with it divine connectedness with the nature of the template of God.

In works by this author Soruba is likened to finding and witnessing the backbone of God. It is the holigraphic nature of that which was before the play or cosmic reality which is witnessed in Soruba. Why is this important?

Soruba is like a block. It is a limitation or “governor” which block or limits higher realization and descent of divinity. Having realized the backbone or source of that which was before this play one moves beyond chakras 18, moving up as high as 66. It is this full potential (66 up and -42 below) which when opened and realized brings with it full divinity, godliness, and realization of the Source.

There are no less than three main ways to reach Soruba. One such way, is through pranayama. By sitting comfortably and breathing in through the nose while slightly closing the throat (using an Ahhh sound, not nasal sound-as most often it can be said to breath through the nose but use the throat). While breathing both on in breath and out breath focus on the first chakra for four consequtive in/out breaths. After this move up to the next chakra in sequence for four repetitions while focusing there. Continue moving up every four in/out breaths until you have done for at each of the seven chakra positions.

A good start to pranayama is practicing this once in the morning and once in the evening if possible.

Desires

Sunday, December 13th, 2009

Are desires good or bad? What is the state of non-desire? Is there something to be said for having any desires in the non realized state? Why do spiritual people suggest it is not good to have desires?

Desires. In the non realized state (not having witnessed you unique reality as a son or daughter of God) desires are sources of pain and suffering. In the non realized state it is working towards finishing projects, labor, work or even details (desires or desired outcomes) that brings with it work, labor or even financial or spiritual backing (in the case of handing out or giving projects to others).

Why is this important? Lives could be spent in trying to accomplish non spiritual path desires. This-causing pain and suffering. What is the nature of this pain and suffering? Karma. Karma if strong enough, will limit all other manifestations.

So what is the solution. Becoming realized. In the realized state (of which many are now moving towards) the Soul details (in which ever realized state you receive) a path or mission. It is this soul purpose which is a higher or inner calling. By moving in the direction of the Soul path you move away from desires which limit becoming divine or Godly. While this does not take away from the abstraction of nature of the almighty, the divine work or mission which you begin to emit is a purposed life which as Jesus reflected upon is the nature of your godly self (Jesus ‘ye are gods’).

Truth be told it is this life purpose or mission of divinity, recognizing your full potential and perfection that all siddhas or the spiritual perfected ones (Babaji, Agastyar, Boganathar, Avvia, Patanjalis, Jesus and Buddha among others) emit, learned, mastered and now transmit to followers and masses.

Look for future post on what is the easiest way to master the art of levitation.
