Kriya Technique

Kriya Yoga which is one of the most famous types of yoga is a discipline full of Kriyas. Kriyas or the Kriya Technique, includes mantra, meditation, mudra, pranayama, asanas, tantra, kundalini, channeling, and even deathlessness.

Kriya technique for best results of wealth, abundance, immortality, longevity, powers, discrimination, divinity and even deathlessness can be learned from those who have learned and become realized themselves.

Kriya Technique which often times are taught in weekend or longer intensive seminars, have been also been known to be taught through one to one discipleship.

In the future Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn at www.avatarbabaji.com will present Kriya Technique through online self-study curriculum. This breakthrough presentation of Kriya Technique teaches Kriya, Yoga, ways to become immortal, abundant, realized, divine, more creative, rich, famous, powerful, and full of wisdom.

Two easy Kriya technique which could be taught through this medium include one pranayama (yoga breathing exercise), and two meditation.

The Kriya technique of pranayama which will help increase longevity, insight, powers, and divinity is a breathing technique that includes breath and meditation.

To perform this breathing or kriya technique sit in a comfortable spot with your tongue rolled upwards and back into the back of the throat. During inbreath using a throat sound as if you are breathing through the throat but using the nose, begin to mentally count up as high as possible. Continue to breath in and count up as high as possible. When you have finished breathing in as much as possible, exhale and mentally count as you are breathing out. The exhalation should be twice as long as the inbreath.

Kriya Technique

Kriya Technique

This powerful Kriya technique can be done twice a day (morning and night). A great way to become immortal is to begin with 14-16 repetitions of inhalation and exhalations (with the counting).

The Kriya technique meditation which should also be practiced for benefits of releasing attachments, karma, desires of non productive nature, building insight and discipline with powers, and longevity is a kriya technique or meditation called mindfulness.

To practice this Kriya technique sit in a comfortable spot, and think of nothing. Allow the mind to slow thoughts, ideas, physical sensation, emotions, desires, and even insights to pass through the mind. Do not attach the mind to any of those processes. The mind will slow and eventually stop, reaching enlightenment solitude, and immortality.

The goal of Kriya Techniques is to have three main things happen. The first goal of kriya technique is to reach enlightenment (realization of the soul), after that kriya technique which enter Samadhi (breathless state and union with God) can build powers, insights, longevity, deeper hidden realizations, and longevity.

The third and last thing which kriya technique affords is the building of abundance.

Meditating

Meditating or the action of calming the mind although most often conceptualized as a spiritual pursuit is also for every day uses.

By meditating and using specific meditations, one can increase money, strength relationships, decreases in aging, increases in health, or even become more attractive.

One simple way to begin meditating is to wake up fifteen minutes early. By setting the alarm and getting up to begin the practice of meditating is one of the best way too breakthrough into more disciplined, enriched and spiritual abundant life.

Meditating and the action of focusing on either a concentrated abstractions (symbol, candle, image, or even idea, or view of future, relationship or development) or nothing at all (mindfulness or allowing ideas, emotions, insights, physical sensations and pain to pass through the mind in a detached way) are the two most common forms used when meditating.

Meditating

Meditating

By meditating most days for fifteen minutes in the morning and for better results fifteen minutes more of meditating at night before going to bed the mind will slow, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations, will stop, and the mind will become mastered.

Mastery of the mind by meditating is the quickest way to become rich, healthier, fitter, famous, immortal, insightful, abundant, powerful, and even conscious of God.

The keys to meditating is first to locate a secluded or quit spot to begin meditating. Secondly sit in a comfortable position to allow ease of meditating. Third close the eyes and focus on the conceptualization (vision of how you’d like your life to be) or nothing at all (mindfulness).

In this way you will begin to master the mind, enjoy meditating, and open up conscious vibrations.

What you should not do when beginning meditating is to question when things will occur, when you will be realized, enlightened, or powerful, famous, or insightful. By meditating you are (even if you have not witnessed observable outcomes) on the way to higher realizations, powers, insight, and God.

Chakra System

Chakra System

What is the only way to conceptualize the complete Chakra System? The complete chakra system is a metaphysical source comprised of 108 chakras.

The complete chakras system is 66 chakras up and chakra zero grounding with minus 42 down. This for a total chakra system of 108 chakras.

Something else which should be understood about the chakra system is that chakras are grouped into series. Each series found in the chakra system also relates to a spatial dimension.

Science and spirituality tell us there are 10 spatial dimensions. What is extremely interesting is that yoga meditation, spirituality, and advancements in metaphysical enlightenment teach that the chakras 0-7 relate to 3rd dimension of space (volume, the reality that most people are living in), chakras 8-15 relate to 4th dimension, chakras 16-22 to 5th dimension, 23-30 to 6th dimension, 31-42 to 7th, 43-50 8th, 51-58 9th, and 59-66 10th dimension.

Although most people live in 3rd dimension of reality this does not mean that you can not advance to higher realities, opening more of the complete chakra system and become more enlightened, gain more power, increase health, longevity, deathlessness and even abundance.

The traditional view of the seven human body chakras is a reality. What happens is when you have realized the opening of the 7th chakra the next series descends and falls into place. This sequence continues at the next level of major spiritual realization (when each crown placement open: chakras 7, 15, 22, 30, 38, 50, 58, 66) until the complete chakra system is in place.

The location of the traditional view of the seven major chakras also are part of the chakra system. The first chakra rests at the coccyx or tailbone. The second at the sacrum or small of back. The third in the mid low back. The fourth chakra at the chest. Fifth at the throat. Sixth at brown or where nose meets the forehead, and the seventh at the crown of the head. Chakra zero and chakras 8, 16, 23, 31, 43, 51, 59 sit at the feet.

Why is there one less chakra in the 5th dimension or reality? That missing space which sits between chakra 18 and 19 is much like a space or divider. It also sits at position 3 or the lumbar chakra position, and is a metaphysical preventor from achieving Soruba Samadhi.

The extra chakras 39-42 relate to the Omni’s (Omnipresence, Omniscience, Omnipotence, and Omnitempus which simply mean ever presence, all-knowing, all-powerful, and deathless or all-lasting).

Babaji Mahavatar

Babaji Mahavatar

Who is Babaji? Babaji a great avatar or Babaji Mahavatar is the one which is this coming age’s great avatar.

Is there something we can learn from Babaji Mahavatar? The answer to this is a resounding yes!

Babaji Mahavatar or the great one is someone who like Christ became something. Before the age of 16 Babaji Mahavatar who later became immortalized, deathless and a great avatar had been sold to slavery.

Although most do not understand the significance of this but Babaji Mahavatar, who in a previous life was Krishna, by all accounts was powerful at birth.

What is the significance of Babaji Mahavatar and the account of his slavery? This account teaches the reader three things.

  1. Babaji Mahavatar or God and guru kidnapped Babaji Mahavatar while an infant, and in this spiritual way sold him to someone who would free him. Through this great system of spiritual power either Babaji Mahavatar his guru or God allowed the little one to be free.
  2. By allowing Babaji Mahavatar access to slavery his Soul likely following from someone esteemed after Krishna, could have created the life path. In this way we should understand through Babaji Mahavatar life that we could prepare for our own present or even future life. A simple technique is while in Samadhi to visualize and think about the next life you will live, creating it the way you would like to occur.
  3. Babaji Mahavatar, who later became the greatest Avatar the world has seen, teaches us that deathlessness and all that is contained in the power of this immortalized slave could be learned by anyone.

Babaji Mahavatar the one with nothing, coming from a life of slavery through desire to become deathless, a great the likes of none other, became that-Babaji Mahavatar-the Great One.

The Keys To Yoga Pranayama

The Keys To Yoga Pranayama

Yoga Pranayama or yoga breathing is the art of mastering the breath. As Paramahansa Yogananda a great reformer and yogi described, Kriyas or Yoga Pranayama when done through the guidance of self realized instruction is the airplane route to self realization and witnessing God.

Yoga Pranayama or specialized breathing when done through the support of guru or self realized instruction brings about changes in the mental, physical, vital, intellectual and even spiritual energies which support the mind, body, constitution, thoughts, and Soul.

By practicing 10-15 minutes of yoga pranayama most every day you will advance the mind, body, constitution, thoughts, and Soul towards opening the chakras, releasing Omnipotence, Omniscience, and Omnipresence self, awaken godliness, wealth, and power unheard of.

There are four main things which yoga pranayama affords to those who practice regularly. Yoga Pranayama affords:

  1. Deeper levels of meditation and possibility of Samadhi (divine union with Soul and God)
  2. Slowing of the breath
  3. Decreases in aging, heart rate, blood pressure and equilibrium of mental and physical stresses
  4. Powers, longevity, siddhis (like levitation, achieving any desire, or even spontaneous abilities like advanced healing, immortality, and even deathlessness)

Some of the ways in which you can advance through using yoga pranayama is first by awakening the Soul. This can be done by practicing yoga pranayama in the early morning and late evening. By beginning with 14-16 cycles in the morning and 14-16 cycles in the late evening you will take the required steps to open up energies, consciousness and desires to realize God.

A cycle of yoga pranayama is a focused inbreath and focused outbreath. Quality yoga pranayama has three keys or supports.

  1. Breathing with mental activity
  2. Breathing which opens the spiritual energy and nadi systems
  3. Focused activity which has the ability to calm the mind, and allow Samadhi (divine union with Soul and God)

One simple yoga pranayama is the mastery of mental counting while breathing in and out. A good rule of thumb is to count up during inhalation as high as you can count. On expiration count out and the expiration should be twice that of the inbreath. For example if you were able to count up to 12 during your inhalation, then the exhalation should be trained to be a 24 count.  If the inbreath was 5 the exhalation would be a count of 10.

Something which needs to be kept in mind is that the levels of yoga pranayama should be monitored by three things.

  1. Do not do yoga pranayama less than 1 hour after  eating or drinking lots of fluids.
  2. Do not begin too early to add additional yoga pranayama (i.e. only do 14-16 cycles in the morning and evening). And add small amounts or yoga pranayama (cycles) every few months
  3. Do not retain or hold the breath.

Likely the most powerful yoga pranayama is something which helps with abundance. This yoga pranayama like the counting method is something which incorporates both mental activity with physical breathing.

In this yoga pranayama the key mental activity is to focus on the third eye. The third eye or sixth chakra is found at the root of the nose, where the nose meets the forehead. By focusing at this area and asking God for a raise, bonus, higher paying job, more sales, donations, or even wining in gambling/lottery, or dice, the mind will form the required steps needed to fulfill this manifestation or desire.

Something else which you could do, is by actively using this yoga pranayama to instil habits like waking up early (see yourself get up at 5 or 6am), stop smoking, exercising or having a smaller leaner muscular frame, you will instil this yoga pranayama mind body connection (metaphysical process) and the mind will begin to instil this into the body.

The possibilities and power of yoga pranayama are infinite. To awaken all sources of abundance, powers, longevity, immortality and even deathlessness take the steps to learn the major yoga pranayama. To master the teaching of the gurus of yoga pranayama go to www.avatarbabaji.com for yoga pranayama instruction, ebooks, seminars, and powerful insights on how to create wealth, immortality, deathlessness, and followings or fame which  is unparalleled.

Immortal One

Immortal One

This is a post which will reflect on becoming the Immortal One. Through reading this information you can become the Immortal One.

Because many of the readers have not become immortalized (opened the seventh or crown chakra) the discussion will focus on immortality of spirit first.

By immortalizing the body or becoming a body of light and physicalness (which occurs when the crown or seventh chakra is opened), the fourth dimension of reality merges and falls into the place within the metaphysical energy (body) chakra system.

This means that through opening and becoming self realized (witnessing God the Soul) you deepen your Souls impact on your physical body. By becoming realized, your Soul takes on a Soul purpose and opens up the doorways to spiritual mergence in the physicalness of the body (the body which you normally express as your individuality).

Although not complete this is the beginning to the formation of a true divine body made of light. Something which also transpires with the opening of the seventh or crown chakra, and realization of the Soul, is that through developing a newly formed purposed life you take on a purpose which becomes the entrance way to immortality.

This means three things.

  1. By becoming realized and witnessing your Soul which is God, you have your identity wrote down in the book of knowledge. Although a direct insert taken from the Holy Bible’s Book of Revelation this does not mean that it is any less non religious or actual.

The ideas shared in the Book of Revelation tells us that through realization of the Soul, the nature of our new mission will be one of immortalized realization and history.

2. By opening the seventh or crown chakra, the Soul spins the chakra system at quicker rate of speed. This is the beginning of the process of annihilation of the physical body and transformation into a body made of light.

3. By opening and becoming merged into the spirit you have a place in the minds of everyone.

As you can see this beginning process of immortality is the process which if taken seriously brings you through mastery of Soul purpose (immortalization) into iconic, divine, and even rarer still-Godliness.

Having achieved mastery of the first Soul purpose by taking on a second soul purpose and unlocking your self from the chains of karma and the nature of Gods play, you enter Soruba Samadhi and become deathless or the Immortal One.

It is this Immortal One which in essence is a divine body made of pure light. Annihilation of the physical body, development of a body which is pure light, and the awakening of three characteristics:

  1. Deathlessness
  2. Power
  3. Insight

For the easiest way to master immortality become the Immortal One, and manifest wealth, powers, deathlessness and insights, take the required actions to first become immortal (open seventh or crown chakra), second master Soul purpose, and then take on a second soul purpose which will help GOD.

In this way you will become the Immortal One. Look to www.avatarababaji.com for products, ebooks, and seminars on the way to master Life’s Abundance and become the Immortal One.

Manifesting Soruba

Monday, October 12th, 2009

What is one of the only true ways to manifest Soruba Samadhi? The answer to this often times most misunderstood yoga topic is the understanding that Soruba is “shifted” by mastering Kriyas.

Kriyas or pranayama (yoga breathwork) is the key to mastery of Samadhi. There are no less that 57 different Pranayamas. Of those there are five main Kriyas or sequences of Pranayama (various different mental breathing techniques) which have in sequence have to be mastered to bring about mastery and development of Soruba Samadhi.

Why Soruba? Soruba brings with it Deathlessness, unfaulty Samadhi manifesting, the decent of the sixth dimensional chakras and the beginnings of developing Godliness.

In a future post Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn will post greater details and the needed attributes or characteristics to enter and decent Soruba Samadhi.

In this post we will describe three keys.

1. Mastering of three to five Pranayamas. Mastery is entering Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
2. Desire to become deathless.
3. High Altitude Mastery of Five Pranayamas.

Three Simple Keys To Master Abundance

Sunday, October 11th, 2009

Although there are many ways to master abundance there are three quick and very effective ways to master abundance.

The first key to mastering abundance is examining things in daily life. By examining things like work vs time doing non productive things such as internet browsing, tv watching, sleeping or non educational passtimes, one can begin to see trends.

In a future post there will be discussion revolving around how you can decrease sleep. In this post we will discuss the ways to open up side businesses.

1. Go to blogger.com, or even better (better search engine ratings) use wordpress (both free blog tools). Begin to write one or more blogs posting most days on ideas or subject matter which interest and you are good at.
This blog could then become a source of ecommerce, sales, advertising, or a general way to attract coaching or consultation.

2. Use the intent to channel either higher self/soul, GOD, guru, or even Christ consciousness and determine through this channeling or freeform expression (channeling) to write as many business ideas you can work on.

3. Taking ideas in 1 and 2 then use the work found in Divine Wealth and Divine Wealth Part II (both found in the shop at www.avatarbabaji.com) to begin to Master through spiritual ways the business which you are thinking about doing.

Think of all the masters and icons throughout the ages (Jesus, Shiva, Babaji, Buddha, Yogananda, Patanjali and even lesser known ones like Krishna, Agastyar, Nandi or even Avvai), what all these deathless and immortal icons mastered was the way of yoga.

By first becoming immortalized by self realization (witnessing the Soul through opening the seventh or crown chakra) you can then move onto mastering your established Soul path (this helps you become iconic). Mastery of an additional Soul purpose opens up the door to spiritual evolution and the refinement of godliness.

Remember that Godliness includes abundance and nothing sort of enough wealth. Wealth does not equate as evil, and spirituality should include ways to become master of wealth.

Yours in abundance,
Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn

Golden and White Bodies

Tuesday, October 6th, 2009

Why do Siddhas become Gold? Why is Shiva and the other demi or traditional Gods white? Does this seems strange or can physics and relativity explain this like we did with traveling the speed of light and teleporting?

I recently read an article on why Gold is coloured gold. Seems like when gold is shined on with ultraviolet light (sun) photons are emitted and the shell of circulating atoms are moved up to a higher shell (5 to 6).

Due to that transition only blue is absorbed, reflecting reddish colored light (Gold).

Would it not seem like the reverse is true as well. Due to energy conversion and the level of spiritual and metaphysical development of the chakra systems, when the Soul has become light the energy is moved up to higher or futher from base energy (moving out from the core) due to this you have moved up to the 6th shell), and then due to this dimensional shell shift (look to http://www.youtube.com/agreszcz for videos on chakras and dimensions) now the body is a light body which appears as the “golden body”.

Higher still is the development of those like Shiva which are white in color. Again this higher development of chakra expansion into higher spatial dimension moves the atoms up to higher shells, making the body absorb all ultraviolet making the body appear white.

These are some of the true expansions of spiritual phenomena which science is beginning to explain.

Travelling The Speed of Light

Tuesday, October 6th, 2009

E=MC2. Yoga and Einstein? This is a definite yes.

Through siddhi development, which is the mastery of metaphysical and spiritual powers, one can decrease the weight of the body to near weightlessness.

In that way and through the laws of the universe which state that energy is conserved, merely altered and never destroyed, by decreasing ones mass to near zero (remember that in higher realizations the body becomes light, with little to no mass if chosen), one can keep energy constant and reach speeds of light.

While this is not a party trick, teleporting or moving the light body to the speed of light yogis, monks, and those who have mastered the art of teleporting can and do travel at speeds of light.
