How does Shiva or the predominate male energy and guru of so many also equate as Shakti?
A higher realization is the nature of how Shiva becomes the supreme lord. Shiva becoming higher realized ¨moves¨ his consciousness or descends his consciousness into many (all). Having descended his consciousness into each he becomes lord and supreme abstraction. In this way Shiva also became Shakti.
Can it be said that you are Shiva? Generally no. Shiva can say he is you. You can however become a Shiva (one that is realized, enlightented and siddha or perfected with siddhis or spiritual powers), not Shiva itself.
The nature of becoming merged or ¨entering into others field¨ in the way Shiva does to the many (all) is by nature one of maximal omnipresence (a characteristic of godliness). Rememeber that you can become omnipresent in four of the field abstraction of divinity (physical, astral, causal, 10 dimensions and heaven).
Continue to move your consciousness globally, system wide, interstellar, cosmically, dimensionally, and to heaven. This is the key to become wholly metaphysically omnipresent.
