Babaji Meditation

Sunday, January 22nd, 2012

A great exercise in Samadhi is to begin to gaze using a soft gaze at an image of the profile of Mahavtar Babaji Nagaraj.

As the you continue your gaze and your breathing slows, eventually coming to a stop (Samadhi) you will begin to see the awesomeness of Babaji.

Is Babaji male? Female? Neither or Both? Is he Indian, American, Egyptian or all and none. Is he farmer, phraoah, mystic, or saint, common man, doctor or librarian or even homeless man. Is he laughing, crying, frowning or smurking?

It does not take much to admire the commonality and awesomeness of this Great Avatar (Mahavatar). Truly beyond dualities as One with Source Babaji a God great in whatever form he/she takes.

Conceptualizing Source

Sunday, January 8th, 2012

Using the following meditation begin to conceptualized how omnipresence works.

The wooden chair you are sitting on is made up of particles/atoms. They are spinning and are held together in space. You are made up of particles/atoms with space holding together your atoms. Same as the table and walls of the house/building, and its floor.

Now picture the space that is the chair, you, table, walls and floor. This spaces is uniform. That space or consciousness which is non divided runs through everything in the cosmos. This is Source. Some call it God, others Allah, some Godhead or even YHWH. Name matters little, it is consciousness. It is Omnipresent and that is how you prove it’s omnipresences’.

Science and spirituality will say it is consciousness. Consciousness that is Omnipresent. Source or the nature of the religious God is that. Omnipresent. And that is how scientifically you prove God.

Why meditation creates realization

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

An important consideration regarding realizing God is the question why does Yoga work.

One has to examine the nature of meditation and the knowledge of wisdom to realize that by meditating (overcoming the senses, physical matter, memories, ideas, emotional, inputs and thoughts) the mind overcome, there is only space for the inner self.

Because masters and those who have realized God understand that the Soul (which is God) is found internally (Jesus: “the kingdom of heaven is within”) it should come as no surprise that mastering the mind either through postures (asana), meditation (dhyana) or mastering breath (pranayama) Samadhi which is single focus, superconsciousness, and yoke or linking to God the inner Soul occurs.

It is this silencing of eternal, internal, and even metaphysical “stuff” which occurs through Samadhi that allows for realization and witnessing of the internal true self (God).

There are a mutitude of ways to incorporate style of Yoga into daily life. Yoga pranayama (breathing), meditation, and postures are some of the most useful and powerful ways of realizing God.

One simple approach is to wake up 30-45 minutes early. Do some postures, pranayama, and meditation. Either go to bed later, or before going to bed do another series of pranayama and meditation.

Deep focus and meditation leads to Samadhi (the superconscious and breathless state) the conscious reality and realization of God.

Siddhi Mantra

What is the nature of Siddhi Mantra? Siddhi mantra is the process of perfecting or achieving siddhi (spiritual perfection) and mastery of the selected mantra.

Siddhi mantra and perfection of the mantra can be done through repetition, Samadhi, or even using a combination of yoga posture and spiritual connectivity with the chakra system.

In the case of achieving siddhi mantra through repetition one needs to repeat the mantra no less than 10,008 times 108 repetitions.

Siddhi Mantra

Siddhi Mantra

A concept which has just surfaced and become incorporate in higher level yoga and established through jnana or spiritual wisdom and realization, is that because the complete chakra system is 108 chakra, mastery of mantra needs to be done to engrained each chakra.

For this reason mantras often are taught through incorporating repetitions of cycles of 108 repetitions. Siddhi mantra is 10,008 cycles of the 108 repetitions. In this way you engrain and polarize the mantra through each chakra, becoming an embodiment of the select mantras power.

In the way of Samadhi, by achieving Samadhi in the select mantra often it is enough to have siddhi mantra take place. The key to mastery and siddhi mantra through Samadhi is to become witness of the mantra. By becoming witness of the power of the mantra through Samadhi you will not only achieve siddhi mantra or spiritual perfection of the mantra, but you will also develop the full cycles of what siddhi mantra through repetition would do for you.

Siddhi mantra achieved through using postures or yoga asanas, is a process which has to be developed through use of feeling or clear intuition.

By using one or even all ways of achieving siddhi mantra, or mantra perfection you will develop mastery of the mantra, all its powers, and the development of why the mantra was created. In this way any mantra can be incorporated and become your source of power. In this way I suggest taking the mantra of choice and engraining it by become embodied at each chakra through developing siddhi mantra.

By meditating most days for fifteen minutes in the morning and for better results fifteen minutes more of meditating at night before going to bed the mind will slow, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations, will stop, and the mind will become mastered.

Mastery of the mind by meditating is the quickest way to become rich, healthier, fitter, famous, immortal, insightful, abundant, powerful, and even conscious of God.

The keys to meditating is first to locate a secluded or quit spot to begin meditating. Secondly sit in a comfortable position to allow ease of meditating. Third close the eyes and focus on the conceptualization (vision of how you’d like your life to be) or nothing at all (mindfulness).

In this way you will begin to master the mind, enjoy meditating, and open up conscious vibrations.

What you should not do when beginning meditating is to question when things will occur, when you will be realized, enlightened, or powerful, famous, or insightful. By meditating you are (even if you have not witnessed observable outcomes) on the way to higher realizations, powers, insight, and God.
