Soruba

Deathless, immortality, manifesting, elimination of karma and mergence back into Source or God.

All these and more found in Soruba. What is Soruba? Samadhi or that state beyond Nirvilkalpa is a facet of spirituality which brings with it divine connectedness with the nature of the template of God.

In works by this author Soruba is likened to finding and witnessing the backbone of God. It is the holigraphic nature of that which was before the play or cosmic reality which is witnessed in Soruba. Why is this important?

Soruba is like a block. It is a limitation or “governor” which block or limits higher realization and descent of divinity. Having realized the backbone or source of that which was before this play one moves beyond chakras 18, moving up as high as 66. It is this full potential (66 up and -42 below) which when opened and realized brings with it full divinity, godliness, and realization of the Source.

There are no less than three main ways to reach Soruba. One such way, is through pranayama. By sitting comfortably and breathing in through the nose while slightly closing the throat (using an Ahhh sound, not nasal sound-as most often it can be said to breath through the nose but use the throat). While breathing one simple thing is to follow the breath. On inbreath watching the diaphram drop, lungs expand, chest and clavicle raise. The reverse on the outbreath (all following in the minds eye).

A good start to pranayama is 16 repetitions (in and out breaths with mental following of breath) in morning and 16 in evening. Although not much time commitment along with some mindful meditation it is very powerful.

Manifesting Soruba

Monday, October 12th, 2009

What is one of the only true ways to manifest Soruba Samadhi? The answer to this often times most misunderstood yoga topic is the understanding that Soruba is “shifted” by mastering Kriyas.

Kriyas or pranayama (yoga breathwork) is the key to mastery of Samadhi. There are no less that 57 different Pranayamas. Of those there are five main Kriyas or sequences of Pranayama (various different mental breathing techniques) which have in sequence have to be mastered to bring about mastery and development of Soruba Samadhi.

Why Soruba? Soruba brings with it Deathlessness, unfaulty Samadhi manifesting, the decent of the sixth dimensional chakras and the beginnings of developing Godliness.

In a future post Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn will post greater details and the needed attributes or characteristics to enter and decent Soruba Samadhi.

In this post we will describe three keys.

1. Mastering of three to five Pranayamas. Mastery is entering Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
2. Desire to become deathless.
3. High Altitude Mastery of Five Pranayamas.
