On the spiritual journey there are times when one comes to a barrier. He or she may express “Am I moving forward towards greater spiritual growth?”. How does one know if they have become more developed spiritually?
Although mastering divinity (becoming Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnitemporal) is the hallmark of the true beginning of mastering divinity this is movement beyond what general people are thinking as growth.
One sure way to see if you are growing is examinning a journal. By writing in a spiritual diary one could see passage of growth.
One could see: I eat less now. I don’t eat chocolate as much. I can master a breathing pranayama. I witnessed omnipresence. I witnessed Soul. I am free of emotional pain. I can now sing more powerful. Or even I made better choices or made my first million dollars.
While the evolution is limitless it is growth which continues that provides necessary condition to continue the search for undivided Source.
Remember than Source as infinite truly takes infinite time to master the witnessing of. While this may sound ludicrous the spiritual journey can be broken down into one tiny phrase…. I am becoming That.

Remember you in essence whether realized or not is the Brahman or Atman (soul god). You are by nature everything and although maybe not realized yet this is your finishing destiny. With that, continue your progress, spiritual journey or Kriya Yoga. Should you not use a diary to see progress think back a week ago (how, what, where, who and why were you). Then do the same for three months ago, a half year ago, year ago, five years ago, ten years ago. How has the spiritual work helped you. How much have you evolved. No think could (or even do I) want to speed it up.
If so think about Paramahansa Yogananda’s reference that Kriya is the airplane route to Source (The infinite Nature of Everything) and that one cycle of Kriya equals advancement of one conscious year.
With this one could say moving back to Source takes about 13.75 Billion cycles (age of universe) and this maybe not the age of cosmos (likely older). One would think that masters like Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu either through advanced formula or progressive Kriya (upper Kriyas) have begun to take the conscious self from novice, neophite to Oneness with Cosmic Consciousness (evolution of 13.75 billion year experience).
