Fifth dimension relates to spacial dimension of locations and locality. In the fiftht dimension moving beyond time (fourth dimension), one begins and later masters locality.

Three main movements occur.

1. Teleportation.
2. Levitation.
3. Bilocation.

As science dictates the atom and particle understands where is space every other atoms position is. It understand is position, velocity, acceleration and most likely many other characteristics.

As the individual becomes the atom (as weightless as a feather, or the siddhi and spiritual power that reflects this quality) man according to Einstein (E=Mc2) can travel the speed of light-enter teleportation.

And as discussed as man understands the fundaments of Omnipresence (since he is built on consciousness which is energy and all-ness (Source)) he may if realized to the potential of manifesting can create a lightbody such as his own (secondariy, tertiary or Nth body) which occurs simulataneously as his own-enter atoms knowledge of omnipresent space.

Mastering the fourth dimension (chakras 8-15) one realizes the monad (your eternal guru), understands the atom, and learns the basic of time. At that time he or she moves to chakra develop of fifth dimensional reality (Chakras 16-22), becomes pure light, and begins to learn the mysteries of locality.
