Alchemisty. A path to immortality.
Divinity is established in four main ways.
There is the way of the Fakir, the way of the Monk, way of the Yogi and Alchemisty.

The way of Fakir is test of endurance and pain. Monk, using prayer, fasting and emotionally driven dance or song. The Yogi uses methods of calming and emptying or focusing the mind.

What about alchemisty? Alchemists’ use chemicals (herbs, minerals, liquids or even synthetic compounds) to alter physical, mental, and spiritual make-up.

In the way of alchemistry there no less than six principles to alter metaphysics and spirituality.

1. Realization
2. Deathlessness
3. Achieving Desires
4. Access to all accesses/realms
5. Siddhis
6. Longevity

While some are hard to formulate and others nearly impossible to learn as masters are secluded or hard to come by, divinity mastered in the three paths before Alchemisty leads to intuitive sense of how to formulate Alchemical mixtures. Deepening consciousness and developments of spirituality one heightens the ability to discern which herbs, minerals, solutions or compounds have the desired effect.

A sure way to develop a desired alchemical preparation is using focused meditation (yoga), along side devotion (monk) and testing it on the self (Fakir) given enough surrender to Source.

Fasting and Energy

To quote Paramahansa Yogananda “Those who overeat are not magnetic. Those who regularily fast increase their magnetism”.

Although the term magnetic and magnetism seem a little outdated, unclear or even maybe nonsense to some, the idea of overeating creating a loss of energy (magnetism) and field or energy production, as well as fasting creating energy or field energy enhancement, is right on the mark.

It should always be remebered that man is made as energetic beings. Each cell made up of atoms (energy fields) circulating chemical and alterations of biochemical gradients of energy changes which indeed are fields of energy and conduction much like a magnetic field.

In this way by overeating the energies (primarily digestive, vital, and emotional) all become dampened, and due to a dampening of energy field (magnetism) one is not able to “free” oneself (unloosen, overcome, eliminate) waste, toxins, negative fields, etc. from foods, people, situations, and emotions.

In the way of fasting (although the first day or two may be hard emotionally at first) the body now free of having to digest foods, now full of energy (normally associated with digestion and assimilation/conversion), is more “energetic” has an increase in field, is better able to cope with emotional, physical, digestive and spiritual energies which normally are drawn for digestion now can be drawn towards the self for healing, repair, manifesting, creativity, and enhances spirituality.

By doing a 1-3 day fast each month or a 21 day or longer Supervised fast once a life, the body will clean itself out, become more energized, learn the Superconscious states of living off prana (cosmic energy or spirit) and be stronger and more reliant on living off energy (cosmic and lower amounts of food). In this way you can supercharge your diet with natural, clean, vegetarian sources, and enable a cleaner healthier body and mind.

Cosmic Energy

How is it that some masters live off no food? Not eating for days, months, years, or even decades what is their secret?

There are three main forms of energy: food, sunshine, oxygen. Masters who do not eat either absorb cosmic rays (sunshine), in a process of solar gazing (looking directly at the sun close to sun rise and sunset when the blinding rays of the sun are absent) or perform specialized pranayama (yogic breathing).

Something needs to be said about cosmic energy. Energy in the way of using the will is still higher than oxygen, solar, and most definately food.

It is this cosmic source of using the mind to create energy, vitality, and potentiality, that drives the masters to be able to live of little to no food.

Although few have witnessed the use of potentiating will, a short term fast 1-3 days gives the experience of directing consciousness and energy from food source to will force.

After the first day of non eating the mind takes over, the digestive organs relax and begin to heal, and will through mind control (consciousness) begins to absorb conscious energy from the ether.

Yoganananda and others have spoken highly about the benefits of a one day a week fast, and once a month 3 day fast. Another objective to understand the limitations that man places on himself with regards to eating is in a controlled situation performing a 21 or longer day water fast.

Even without a spiritual background (although it helps sustain and achieve more cosmic energy), one can with guidance perform a prolonged fast.

By overcoming some limiting thoughts, peer pressure, and habits of eating, cravings, and emotional distractions, one will gain the benefits of understand that cosmic energy is the underlying source of both solar, oxygen, and even food energy.

Is God Reachable?

Can you access God? Can you witness the Source? Is the Source available? What does the Source become when it is witnessed?

Have you wondered about witnessing God? What about Jesus’ words which said the Kingdom of Heaven was not in the sky or the sea, but was found within? Was Jesus telling the truth? If so what could be said about realizing the kingdom of heaven and God?

Self realization. Witnessing God. What happens during realization? One gets first hand experience of God. Some may ask is it possible? Others will tell you that God is not accessible. Truth is your God or Soul (as God split consciousness and created all Soul as direct images of self-Jesus is it not said in your law ‘Ye are Gods’) can be witnessed. Accessing your Soul which is God is first hand experience of the Almighty.

Does this mean you see or hear God? Again depends on level of surrender, love and patience with the discipline you choose to witness God.

For example if you wanted to hear God, try to not talk, say anything or think of thoughts, memories, ideas, or sensory input until such time as God breaks through and talks to you. While it could take seconds, minutes, hour or even days, is it not worth the discipline or effort to witness God?

Do you have what it take to get first hand experience of God? Try fasting for 1-3 days. After that if feeling like you can achieve success, master the cosmic delusion of eating. Try going without food only water as liquid for over 21 days. Having achieved this you will recognize as great saints, yogis, adept and siddhas that living is not as Jesus said by food or bread alone, but by the cosmic prana or energy and consciousness that comes from God (Word of God).

Can people live without food? There are scientific (National Geographic) and eye witness accounts of saints and even stigmatics who have lived on breath or even solar gazing. How does one prepare for this. Great work in releasing and over coming limiting beliefs, a strong will, and regular yoga is one of the great sources to get ready for discipline needed to begin the life of surrendering consciousness to God (spiritual fast).

Great avatars like Krishna, Babaji or even Agastyar have understood this cosmic play is built on consciousness, just as Jesus was able to make tens of thousands of people eat from 5 loaves (either manifesting loaves from nothing, which also teaches food is a “joke”, or taught spiritual fasting) either case Jesus a master like Babaji, Krishna,

Tunning into the cosmic “field” of any of these great masters, and praying to help you finish a lengthy spiritual fast can be not only a great builder of power, energy, consciousness and fortitude, but can also be something which begins a life of building spiritual discipline.
