Passing through witnessing the Soul, the monad and then the Father the next level is finishing Soul mission.

Something also that has to occur is making the spirit stay behind and the Soul leave the body merging back into Source.

Hard to conceptualize using the backwards divine name of spirits makes them become submitted to you.

Although again hard to conceptualize one would use the word Nagaraj backwards or Jarajan in Samadhi (Soruba if possible) to get Babaji out of your mind, body, spirit.

Finding peoples spiritual names often times is hard. Using Sources most influencial name means your Soul is finished and can go back to Source. Some like Avvai or myself having no spiritual name given means you have to do the following to ride me of your mind, body, spirit. Using Siva or Avis done in Soruba Samadhi (Look to Soruba Samadhi eCourse or come to a future in person course to learn Soruba Samadhi from Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn) will allow your mission to be completed and mergence of Soul back into Source leaving your spiritual frame (mind, light body and spirit) to live as light body until you desire to leave.

Continue to follow Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn and look for future seminars teaching the divine level beyond Nirvikapa the divine making realization called Soruba Samadhi.

Although it takes Soruba Samadhi or surrender to God to achieve transition to deathlessness, it is a desire for it to occur which transitions into a no care attitude of come ci come sa towards if it will happen.

In the way of desire and aversions (Law of Attraction) deathlessness has to be both. Chasing it through desire will get you so far, and aversion with get you so far.

The way in which one actually become deathless is through some other persons desire. In this way Babaji fulfilled Mataji’s his cohert’s desire for him to remain on this plane of existence.

Getting to the level of deathlessness Soruba has to have been achieved (take a look at this link for the work Achieve Any Desire eBook to understand the progression of Soruba needed to achieve deathlessness) and by forming the light, incoruptible and deathless body you can then master never dying (yes being able to retain the light body to move through dimensions, astral, physical, and heavenly realms) by having someone else desire your self never dying.

Although not readily known why it is said that early morning and late evening are some of the most auspicious times to perfom Kriya.

Quite likely the currents of energy and meditational experiences are greater when there is quiet.

While not overly important the time involved in daily practice should be split most correctly into no more than five subtimes.

These five subtimes are: Early morning 4:30 to 6:30 am, afternoon 12:00 to 1:00pm, evening 8:30-12:00am, and 12am to 4:30 am. The fifth time which is mostly beneficial for mantra and some light bandas or tantrika is any time within the day.

Setting up a conscious effort to maximize time spent in those essential times for Kriya develops more heightened experiences, greater conscious absportion and better development of conscious expansion.

Lotus Posture

Is there a need to master the lotus position when doing Kriya?

Although benefits will be made doing Asanas or pranayama and meditation without getting into full lotus position, the way in which chakra, relaxation and Samadhi occur lotus is an eventual position that affords the most benefits.

Even a small amount of time meditating in the lotus position is far more worthwild than the half lotus or even lightning bolt.

The reason for the beneficial result of lotus position is because of stablility. The balance of the frame, elongation of the spine and openeness of the lungs allows the maximum balance, most relaxation (albeit once mastered) and easiest raising of kundalini (energy and spirit) up the spine to the crown.

Not only that but because of grounding and balance of the posture, stability such that little or not wavering of body occur, meditation will become balanced, not disturbed and higher potentially that a posture where swaying of body and distraction of meditation occurs.

This is the reason that lotus is so powerful. This is the reason lotus is maximal. This is the reason that yogis use lotus. This is the reason for opening the pelvis. This is the reason for Asanas. This is the reason to begin to work at using the lotus. This Avatar Babaji Yoga teaching of the week.

All matter is transient. One may then question why desire something that holds not weight?

One may search for more money, more cars, bigger houses, more beautiful body, sexier friends, or even larger more volumious books (information), but it is not until one has reached Nirvikalpa Samadhi or the inner divine union with Source that things before thought to be important become second to the bliss of union with Source.

A simple way to experience what this bliss feels like is to master the following pranayama Kriya. Sitting comfortably with tongue rolled up and back to the back of the throat, begin to inhale while mentally focusing on the sound of the in and out breath.

By breathing in an listening to the sound of the rushing air coming into the back of the throat, focus on the sound for the entire inbreath and outbreath. Exagerate the in breath and out breath. Repeate this no less than 16 times in the morning and 16 times in the evening (starters no more than 32 in Am and 32 in pm).

The novice or first timer will notice a sense of peace, endurance, and even sense of increased vitality. This is the begining of the descent of bliss. As time practice of this technique deepens, eventually Samadhi or the ceasation of mental, and physical (even breathing and heart rate) will occur and bliss will ensue. This is the first step to Nirvikalpa Samadhi.

For those new to yoga or spiritual techniques this breathing techniques will do wonder for health, peace of mind, vitality, relaxation and even love of others. Although a basic pranayama technique it’s power is great for novice or expert, and has great potential to induce Samadhi.

It is the yogi who meditates and uses specialized breathing techniques to calm the senses, turn them inwards (meaning to slow the five senses to a full or complete stop) in the way that they no longer limit the mind and breath bringing about perception of God.

More than a fictional non sense use of sentance structure the experience of Oneness with Source (God) which occurs through application of Yoga far exceeds common mans arguments for or against God. It is realizing the Truth.

Confronted with the ideas of religion people either decide to accept there is a God or denounce religion saying it is heresy and does not exist, merely some fictious ways to accept moral, ethics, or good behaviour.

On the other hand those that practice and specialize in Kriya and Yoga adopt the scientific (through repetition, practice, inquiry and laws) mind and test to see if there truly is a God.

In this way Kriya and Yoga become the scientists way to prove to themselves is there a God or not. Like it or not the science behind Kriya is much more apparent than much of the pseudo science that currently is plaguing the world.

It is this non dualistic non formed potential called God which develops consciously into forms. Of the many forms; Shiva, Shakti, Durga, Brahma, Ganesha, Jesus, Buddha one strickingly confuses the most.

Babaji. Mahavatar Babaji (The Great Incarnation of GOD) is more than a siddha. Babaji or Nagaraj (Serpent King after the great coiled potential called kundalini) the master of Kriya Yoga, rightly is GOD. So much has been said about Babaji.
