Babaji Eka Mudra

Babaji Eka Mudra

Babaji or Mahavatar Babaji, otherwise known as Nagaraj is a deathless avatara (descent of divinity into flesh). More than a historic or iconic individual Babaji is heir to the reformed schools of Kriya yoga.

While little is known about the full potential, life, mission and whereabouts of Babaji one thing is never a mystery. Babaji a God (not of any religion but matriach of Spirituality) is greater than any living siddha.

While most describe Babaji as a siddha it is the birthright as siddha transitioning into full fledge God that has the wisdom to announce that Babaji is not only Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent, but through his surrendering to Soul and God became Omnitemporal and if so wishes can remain on earth until the end of time.

A God like Babaji has missions which are unparallel. Not appearing frequently in any time period his release of description in both Autobiography of a Yogi by P. Yogananda, and The Voice of Babaji: A trilogy on Kriya Yoga, describe the closest ideas man has to understand some of the ins and outs of this master, siddha and most of all perfected God.

Does Babaji become less when he becomes visible to masses? Although a master and God the likes of Jesus was able to withstand humanities illinformed ignorance, it is Babaji mastery of cocreation that allows him to mask his true identity and cohabituate with man in plain sight. Taking form in various non self identities Babaji does not fear humanity or a martyr death as Jesus fought through, no Babaji taking forms of others does so to test humanity and teach that man can become one with God, become omnipresent, and trully that every man and woman should be looked upon as God. Remember the next time you look down upon someone, it could be your paramaguru Babaji or the eternal Nagaraj taking this form.

Kundalini and Chakra

Why is yoga so valuable as a spiritual and life changing process? What is kundalini and why is release of kundalini so valuable to life, manifesting, and divinity?

Kundalini is consciousness stored and power or energy. Kundalini in the non awakened state resides in the base of the spine at the first or base chakra. Sitting there it swirls around mostly being awakened during sexual intercourse or manual stimulation.

During higher awakening the kundalini can open and move out of the first chakra moving up through the other chakras. In this way kundalini passes through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and up to the 7th chakra. When the kundalini or conscious energy (power) moves through (meditation and pranayama or mastery of breath are two great ways to raise kundalini through chakras) chakras passing energy up through the metaphysical storehouses (chakras) of power, spirituality, metaphysics and divinity.

In this way by practicing kundalini, Kriyas or pranayama one may open, clean, and energize chakras, releasing the metaphysical properties inherent or stored in the true value of the chakra.

Remember chakras are for things metaphysical (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentence, as well as intuition, things like achieving desires, teleportation, longevity, realizations, power, fame, fortune, or even deathlessness) and non metaphysical (non-spiritual: health, beauty, constitution, cleanliness, graces, wisdom, alertness, healthy organs, and even intellectual ability).

With this in mind it should be understood that kriyas or pranayama practiced everyday in the way of mastering AUM and Samadhi is the best way to open, activate, and power kundalini, chakras, and metaphysics.

How To Practice Tantra

What is the key to How to Tantra? Three basic keys to tantra exist. The first key to using the nature of tantra is 1) learning to master the breath 2) sublimating sexual and productive energies 3) converting sexual energies into spiritual forces and energy.

The key to knowing how to tantra can be expressed in three short words. Learn Kundalini Kriyas.

What are kundalini Kriyas? Kriya or pranayama is the mastery of breath. By mastering the breath one can slow the process of sexual orgasm, and last indefinitely. By mastering the breath one develops longer and more powerful than average orgasms, and if done correctly one can develop heightened powers, siddhis (spiritual powers like levitation, or achieving any desire), longevity, and even deathlessness.

One of the greatest secrets to how to tantra is the serpent or cobra breath. This powerful kundalini or yoga breathing pranayama when performed during or even not during sex benefits sexual organs, reproductive organs (prostate, ovaries/uterus), as well as benefits by allowing one through dedication and practice to realized God.

Cobra breath through this way is mastery of sublimating sexual energy into spiritual energy. The cobra breath should be performed no less than five times during sexual intercourse. Here is how it is performed.

During inhalation (longer than normal breaths), “pull” sexual energy from scrotum or clitoris to the sacrum (small of the lower mid buttocks) and as you continue to breath in “pull” the energy up the spine to the middle forehead (where the nose meets the forehead). On expiration (out breath) hold the energy at the middle forehead place (where the nose meets the forehead). On the next in breath follow this technique, continuing as long as you like.

By continuing this way for five repetitions (more if you want to delay orgasm even longer), you will sublimate the sexual energy. Your ejaculation will be stronger, longer, more powerful, and you and your partner will not only have a stronger physical bond, but will recover faster, have more stamina and be able to have intercourse sooner than without doing the cobra breath.
