Desires

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

Can something be said about desires? Would desires be considered wrong or right? Desires for wealth, power, fame or fortune. Are these desires bad? Desires for spiritual realizations, enlightenment and even immortality. Are these desires wrong?

A desire is something that one wants. Desireless keeps one away from the cycles of reincarnation. One may ask how is this possible. An simple examination of divinity and metaphysics demonstrates that without desires there is no reason to take life again.

Why would the Father or Mother of the cosmos return you to life if you had no desires? If you did not desire things there would be no attractive “pull” bringing you back into physical reality.

Does this mean that masters the likes of Jesus, Babaji, Agastyar, or Boganathar have desires?

Some say these masters, siddhas, and divine incarnations of God either have no desires and are bound by nothing, or have the desire to remain and help humanity/disciples, other individuals. A desire to become deathless, once realized allows one to remain in earths or physical reality.

Although it is hard to conceptualize whether they did not have the desire to become deathless and due to renunciating God descended into their frame. One could say mastering deathless as such requires discipline, spiritual practice, and love of God.

Masters in the likes of these that have demonstrated power to live for thousands of years, demonstrate that although there is potential to become deathless and remain in life for thousands or even indefinate amount of time, masters who choose this route likely are doing more help than play.

Babaji a deathless siddha, has been helping the progression of humanity for thousands of years. Choosing disciples to provide work which he can work through, and having closer disciples whom he is in direct contact with, Babaji provides service to all.

A desire to become as spiritualy developed as a master is a desire that would not slow down the evolutionary progress to merge into or even realize God.

Desire of Fame, Fortune, or even power, does limit. Choose wisely, and attract the source of desires that will bring you closer to divinity rather than away from it.

Becoming Self Realized

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

Does one have to understand yoga and practice it to become self realized and be able to witness God? A little story on how my self realization occurred can put things in perspective.

One day while in Chiropractic clinic while at college speaking to another student we decided that she would send a distance healing. Later that evening a little before the scheduled time we planned the treatment, I sat down crosslegged on the floor and closing my eyes ask God repeatedly to “Please clean me out”.

As I repeated this over and over again, my breathing started expanding. I took more and more air each breath, and eventually my lungs expanded so much I reached a still state. I experienced bliss like never before and later would tell people the bliss was about 15-20X more powerful than any orgasmic sensation I ever felt before.

Having never before practice Kriya, pranayama, or even deep meditation I was struck by the power, beauty and revelation I gained during that experience. The experience of Nirvikalpa Samadhi which became the awakening of self realization I recently found out was primarily initiated by my guru Babaji or Nagaraj. This same Babaji described by Yogananda in Autobiography of a Yogi, known then as Mahavata or Great Avatar Babaji I can only describe as beyond the limits.

The nature of this post is to demonstrate that even without teaching based in spiritual practices like yoga one can witness the source of God. Imagine how much sooner one could become self realized should they become initiated and practice basic (15 minutes of pranayama) kriyas daily, with some postures and meditation.

Looking back I can say having a teacher helps, and witnessing the guru (which occurs higher in revelation and realization) is something that will unchain any remaining limitations.

Although self realization is not the limit, it is the first stop holder on the way to higher divinity, realizations, and becoming divine and godly. Check back often to teaching of yoga and spiritual practices that will expand consciousness, brings about realization and highten spirituality.

Some Experiences

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Many spiritual experiences should be reserved as self experience. These often are best to be left within the mind.

Although this is fact there are three experience which I think could help the involvement and spiritual practice of some or even many of the readers.

1. During my 21 plus day fast at one time during the day I was struck by a visualization. This picture was so clear and was of an email picture my uncle would send me two days later.

While this may seem abstract, weird of even non sense, it should be understood that things like clairvoyance, seeing the future and the nature of spirit exists.

2. Relying on intuitive testing, during a vacation-tested I would win a “payout” during slot machine “play”. I tested which machine and that it would take three turns. On the third turn I won a pay out.

Although this is not to suggest gambling is good, bad or indifferent what it does suggest is that chaos is not a sound theory, and that there is consciousness behind everything.

3. Using an affirmation to “attract” a partner who I wanted to be attractive, healthy, fit, fun, and compatible with my goals. Aside from attracting this before I met this lady who became my wife, I was struck by intuitive idea that I would meet my wife 1.5 months after this intuition thought. I thought nothing of it, and almost exactly 1.5 months to that day I met a lady who became my wife.

Was I looking for a wife? No. Did I think about this idea after I had it? No. Would it matter? I could have found fault, the experiences we shared could have gone wrong, or even met someone else. What is important to note, is that you consciously are attracting to your self ideas and forms which the mind (conscious and subconscious mind) is thinking about. Because of this it is better to live by meditating, using goals, affirmation, and trying to stay in the moment. Not only this but experience which demonstrate consciousness, God, spirituality, and existence as spirit demonstrate realization which unlock higher potentials.

Post comments to this blog telling fellow readers any idea, experience or realization which you deem an experience that you could share that may help others in the way of heightening their quest for realization, immortality, divinity or even abundance.

Is God Reachable?

Friday, December 18th, 2009

Can you access God? Can you witness the Source? Is the Source available? What does the Source become when it is witnessed?

Have you wondered about witnessing God? What about Jesus’ words which said the Kingdom of Heaven was not in the sky or the sea, but was found within? Was Jesus telling the truth? If so what could be said about realizing the kingdom of heaven and God?

Self realization. Witnessing God. What happens during realization? One gets first hand experience of God. Some may ask is it possible? Others will tell you that God is not accessible. Truth is your God or Soul (as God split consciousness and created all Soul as direct images of self-Jesus is it not said in your law ‘Ye are Gods’) can be witnessed. Accessing your Soul which is God is first hand experience of the Almighty.

Does this mean you see or hear God? Again depends on level of surrender, love and patience with the discipline you choose to witness God.

For example if you wanted to hear God, try to not talk, say anything or think of thoughts, memories, ideas, or sensory input until such time as God breaks through and talks to you. While it could take seconds, minutes, hour or even days, is it not worth the discipline or effort to witness God?

Do you have what it take to get first hand experience of God? Try fasting for 1-3 days. After that if feeling like you can achieve success, master the cosmic delusion of eating. Try going without food only water as liquid for over 21 days. Having achieved this you will recognize as great saints, yogis, adept and siddhas that living is not as Jesus said by food or bread alone, but by the cosmic prana or energy and consciousness that comes from God (Word of God).

Can people live without food? There are scientific (National Geographic) and eye witness accounts of saints and even stigmatics who have lived on breath or even solar gazing. How does one prepare for this. Great work in releasing and over coming limiting beliefs, a strong will, and regular yoga is one of the great sources to get ready for discipline needed to begin the life of surrendering consciousness to God (spiritual fast).

Great avatars like Krishna, Babaji or even Agastyar have understood this cosmic play is built on consciousness, just as Jesus was able to make tens of thousands of people eat from 5 loaves (either manifesting loaves from nothing, which also teaches food is a “joke”, or taught spiritual fasting) either case Jesus a master like Babaji, Krishna,

and Agastyar taught close disciples the art of overcoming the limitation of food. Tunning into the cosmic “field” of any of these great masters, and praying to help you finish a lengthy spiritual fast can be not only a great builder of power, energy, consciousness and fortitude, but can also be something which begins a life of building spiritual discipline.

With blessing, love and strength this holiday season,
